I joined the Thrust family in 2026. I was working in airline ground operations and contract management when I decided to pursue flight training, and while researching schools I found Thrust and its Campus Operations Manager opening. Now I run day-to-day operations in Conroe for both the flight school and the maintenance school, and lead the campus alongside our assistant chief instructors.

After college, I started at Thrust as a Zero Time to Airline student in September 2023 and began instructing here in August 2024. After finishing the program I wanted to give back and give students the same great experience I had in my own training. That's what motivates what we do here every day.
